What does 'perpetual license' mean?
You pay once and own the license forever. There are no monthly or annual subscription fees. The software continues to work indefinitely.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
After your trial expires, the software switches to read-only mode. You can still view and export all your data, but you won't be able to create or edit records. Purchase a license at any time to restore full access — no data is ever lost.
Do all plans include the same features?
Yes. Every plan includes all features. The only difference between plans is the number of user seats included. There is no feature gating whatsoever.
How many users can the Team plan support?
The Team plan supports 4 or more user seats. Performance will depend on your own server hardware since TissueCulture Pro is self-hosted.
Is TissueCulture Pro self-hosted?
Yes. TissueCulture Pro is installed on your own server. Your data never leaves your control. There is no cloud dependency.
What do I need to run TissueCulture Pro?
TissueCulture Pro is designed for easy installation on Linux servers. Windows is supported with some additional setup including Docker. We're exploring native Windows installers and hosted SAAS options for the future.
