Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

A 14-day trial begins on the date a trial license key is issued. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the Software during this period before purchasing.

2. Perpetual Licenses

Licenses are one-time purchases. All sales are final except as expressly stated in this policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered within 30 days of purchase only if:

A reproducible technical defect materially prevents the Software from performing its core documented functions and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
An incorrect or duplicate charge occurred

Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind
Failure to evaluate during the trial period
Infrastructure incompatibility
Regulatory dissatisfaction
Lack of technical expertise

4. Refund Conditions

Approved refunds may require written confirmation that the Software has been uninstalled and all license keys deleted.

5. Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
